RETURN POLICY
Returns (if applicable) You have 14 days from reception of your order to return the item. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, it is essential that the football boots are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them, in all other circumstances no refund will be given.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
- You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are therefore non-refundable. We advise you to use Colissimo.
- Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the product you may be returning may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your package insured. We are not responsible for the loss of the parcel if you choose to return it to us.
