TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


In these conditions of sale, we use the term "football boots" to refer to the shoe as a whole.

Although we guarantee the authenticity of all our products and take every precaution to supply high-quality football boots, we are retailers and not manufacturers. As such, we cannot guarantee the durability of our products whatever their condition: 

-Brand-new, never-worn models (retro/collector football boots)

-Like-new models marked 9.9/10

-Worn football boots in very good condition with a rating from 0 to 10

 Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the performance, durability or longevity of the shoes. If the items tear, break or are damaged in use (even from first use), we are not responsible for the refund. It is possible to request additional photos of a product before purchase by sending us a message directly on our Instragram @piloboots or by sending an email to the following address: piloboots.contact@gmail.com. You will receive a reply within 48 hours.

  • New and unworn models

We sell models that have never been worn. Some shoes no longer have the original box or carrying bag (mentioned in the product specifications). 
When you buy a new or used retro/collector model, you are informed that durability is not guaranteed. These retro football boots were manufactured 5 or more years ago, which means that over time, the materials used in these shoes have become more brittle and therefore less resistant. 
Today, retro/collector models are more often purchased as a collectors' item than for wearing. If, however, you'd like to go for a retro model, we recommend alternating your use with another pair of football boots, and using the shoes on a suitable playing surface (as mentioned in the shoe description).

  • Like-new models with 9.9/10 rating

We sell shoes that have been worn, for example, for a fitting in the store or a warm-up on the pitch, or they have not been worn at a match and the previous owners could not, in most cases, return the shoes. They do, however, have a few imperfections, which is why we're using this 9.9/10 rating

  • Worn football boots in very good condition with a rating from 0 to 10

Used football boots have already been worn, so it's impossible to compare their condition with a new model. For these models, we give a grade on a scale of 1 to 10.


RETURN POLICY

Returns (if applicable)
You have 14 days from reception of your order to return the item.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund.

- To be eligible for a refund, it is essential that the football boots are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them, in all other circumstances no refund will be given.

- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. 

- You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are therefore non-refundable. We advise you to use Colissimo.

- Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the product you may be returning may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your package insured. We are not responsible for the loss of the parcel if you choose to return it to us.


REFUND POLICY 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that it has been received. After inspection, we will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. Depending on where you live, refund times may vary.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. Please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be processed. There is often a processing time before a refund is displayed.
